Here’s my take on the Disney-inspired Star Wars Wookie Cookie! I tried making this cookie three times! The first one was way too sweet. The second turned out too soft and not chewy enough. But the third time, I nailed it! I used the cream cheese frosting we use at our shop, but you can use any frosting you like, such as cream cheese, , or even marshmallow cream. EASY PIZZA DOUGH

Perfect for: pizza · breadsticks  ·pretzels  Dough Hook, small mixing bowl - 400 F ⅔  cup + 2 tsp YEAST ½  TBSP SUGAR 2 ½  cups WARM WATER (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) In the mixing bowl, dissolve yeast & sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes._________________________________________________________________ 2 lbs FLOUR (6 to 10 cups) 8oz SUGAR (1 cup) 1 TBSP SALT 2 TBSP OIL (vegetable oil or EVOO)    Add 6 cups of the flour, sugar, salt, & oil in a large bowl.    On low: Mix for 1 minute.    Change gears: medium for 5 min.    Spray a large bowl with cooking spray. FRIED CHEESE wrapped Pickles

In a non-stick pan, place 2 slices of cheese on the pan. Turn the heat to LOW   Let it cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheese has browned all around the edges. Place ham & and a pickle in the middle. Using a spatula, wrap the cheese around the sides of the pickle. Cook for 1 additional minute and remove to a paper towel lined plate. Let cool for a couple of minutes so the cheese can harden fully. We dip ours in mustard! Sooooo good!

WATER GANACHE DRIP

📽️See VIDEO HERE Ingredients WHITE CHOCOLATE DRIP 6 oz white chocolate I prefer Guittard white chocolate wafers 1 oz BOILING HOT Water CHOCOLATE DRIP 6 oz chocolate I use Guittard semi-sweet chocolate 1.5 oz BOILING HOT Water Microwave chocolate for 1 minute. Add boiling hot water.  Sit for 5 min, making sure your chocolate is completely covered with water. After 5 minutes, whisk until smooth. Add in gel food coloring if desired.

SIMPLE SYRUP

Ingredients: EQUAL PARTS HOT WATER & SUGAR BOIL your water in the microwave or stove. place sugar in a bowl. Pour your boiled hot water over the sugar. Whisk until it’s 100% dissolved.  STORE in an air tight container. At room temperature up to a week or in the fridge up to a month.
